Manifesto
I create often out of necessity. When the tools I need don’t exist, I design them. The Tifinagh script has always inspired me with its unique shapes and deep cultural roots. As a Moroccan designer, my work is tied to heritage ; but I also believe heritage must evolve and live in the present. Too often, I found that the fonts available for Tifinagh were incomplete, impractical, or hidden behind Latin shortcuts. They weren’t tools for real design. Tifinagh Font Studio was born from that gap. It is not a company, it is not a trend ; it is a project dedicated to creating modern, functional, and accessible Tifinagh typefaces. Fonts that work, fonts that respect the script, and fonts that can stand confidently in contemporary design alongside Latin. This is my contribution: to turn what once felt missing into something real, usable, and shared. These typefaces are not just for me ; they are for any designer, artist, or creator who believes that Amazigh culture deserves a strong place in the world of modern typography. Tifinagh is not a relic. It is a living script. And through design, I want to help keep it alive..
